Refund policy

 

Due to all products being made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted if the wrong size or color is ordered, or if the customer changes their mind. Sales are considered final for all products or services sold through pettypolitiks.com. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. While we can’t offer a full refund, if the wrong size or color is ordered, we’re happy to provide a one-time discount for a replacement item.

 

Non-Refundable Items

All items or services purchased from Petty Politiks LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Petty Politiks LLC. This policy applies but is not limited to:

·        Gift Cards

·        Digital Products

·        Subscription Services

·        Custom-made Items

·        Sale Items

Exceptions to our No Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, with a manufacturing issue, or you received the wrong item, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund.

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, so we can evaluate your request. Petty Politiks may require a clear photo showcasing the issue, whether defective, damaged, or the wrong item, before a replacement or refund is issued. Any approval is at the discretion of Petty Politiks LLC.

·       If a replacement is requested standard production and shipping times will apply.

·       If a refund is requested, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment  method within 10 business days. Also please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at print4perks@gmail.com.

 

Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the item, including a photo showing the issue. Please note that some product characteristics are a natural result of the decoration method and are not considered defects.

 

Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days of receipt, including a photo of the item in question.

 

Item(s) Not Received:  If an order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days for domestic US or regional EU orders, or within 45 calendar days for international orders, please notify our Customer Service within 7 days after that period ends to remain eligible for a replacement or refund.

Returns are not available if the delivery failed due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. Please review the shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
